POS Terminals for Traf - Zakłady Wzajemne

Antumo miniPOS terminals support the sale of horse racing betting tickets at Traf - Zakłady Wzajemne locations.

The delivered solution combines the functions of an all-in-one POS terminal, a touchscreen, and a printer in a single enclosure. The devices have been configured to work with the applications and systems used by the bookmaker and feature Traf - Zakłady Wzajemne branding.

Technology tailored to the specific needs of betting operations

Traf - Zakłady Wzajemne offers betting on horse races taking place at venues including Służewiec in Warsaw, Partynice in Wrocław, and the Sopot Hippodrome. Bets are sold both online and at physical locations. To serve customers at sports venues, the bookmaker needed a solution that would streamline bet acceptance, ensure reliable device operation, provide fast and legible betting slip printing, and take up minimal space at the cashier stations. It was also important that the terminals be compatible with the applications and IT systems used by the company.

In this project, it was important to combine several elements: a compact design, a user-friendly sales process, and devices that align with the client’s visual identity. “That’s why we proposed the Antumo miniPOS device, which is well-suited to the needs of locations where workstation ergonomics and equipment reliability are key,” says Marcin Kostrzewa, head of the sales department at Antumo.

Devices as an Element of Marketing Communication

One element of the project was adapting the devices’ appearance to the visual identity standards of Traf - Zakłady Wzajemne. The client’s branding on the casing helps maintain consistency across service stations and strengthens brand recognition at points of sale.

We wanted a solution that would be practical, aesthetically pleasing, and tailored to the specific nature of our business. “The devices supplied by Antumo support betting operations and ticket printing, while also fitting well with the layout of our workstations and our brand’s visual standards,” says Maciej Hamerliński, Director of the Marketing & Communication Department at Traf - Zakłady Wzajemne.
