General conditions for the use of packages
- The Antumo Care warranty program covers manufacturer brands that Antumo distributes.
- The warranty program must be purchased within 90 days from the date of shipment of equipment by Antumo. The time of care begins from the date of delivery of the application for coverage under the selected program (does not apply to Basic Care Service).
- Renew the warranty for another year or 2 years:
- Purchasing an extension of the warranty period is possible before the expiration of the ongoing program. The option applies to customers who have chosen protection under the Plus Care, Special Care or Total Care packages. As a one-off, it is also possible to re-purchase the same program that has been used so far.
- The cost of extension for 1 or 2 years after the purchase of 5-year Special Care or Total Care protection is subject to the decision of the Antumo Service Center.
- In case of extension of the warranty for another year or 2 years, the guaranteed benefits remain the same as in the selected protection program.
- Special Care and Total Care programs can be purchased for a maximum period of 7 years.
- The warranty does not apply in the event of the following circumstances (regardless of the selected package):
- Repairs to the device at an unauthorized service center
- The device's factory serial number has been removed, damaged or erased
- Devices have been damaged as a result of incorrect packaging, unpacking, assembly, installation or disassembly
- Devices have been intentionally exposed to the possibility of impact
- Using the equipment in a manner inconsistent with the instructions
- Disassembly of the equipment was performed by unauthorized personnel
- Equipment has been intentionally damaged or accidentally damaged by heat
- Theft, war, damage resulting from natural forces such as earthquake or flood
- Policies governing battery refreshment service:
- Both shipping costs are your responsibility
- Special Care and Total Care programs include battery replacement service.
- After 24 months from the purchase of a particular device distributed by Antumo, the replacement of old batteries is guaranteed.
- The replacement of old batteries is guaranteed.
- Batteries built into the devices are not subject to the battery replacement service.
- After receiving the new batteries, the customer is required to return the previously used batteries to the headquarters.
- Interested in operating system overlays for the devices, please contact the Antumo Service Center.
- The Antumo Service Center provides for the possibility of creating a dedicated offer, after discussing with the customer the conditions and reasons for unusual circumstances, not provided for under standard programs. Feel free to contact us.
