The Antumo LOCKER CABINET intelligent locker cabinet not only enables even consumption of equipment and monitoring of its status, but also provides full control over the availability and use of equipment. Through integration with MDM systems, it is possible to remotely manage, update and monitor equipment in real time. Employees can securely retrieve and return devices using access cards, which eliminates the problem of lost equipment, minimizes the risk of damage and optimizes resource utilization.
For managers, the locker cabinet provides a tool for effective management of the equipment fleet, enabling fault reporting, tracking usage history, and availability of devices for operational needs.

User panel
- user recognition - to retrieve or return the device, the user can be identified by RFID technology or an access card used by the company.

- Equipment retrieval - after logging in, the system assigns the user a device ready for use. The opening of the appropriate locker is done automatically, and the whole thing takes just a few seconds.
- reporting equipment defects - the user can report a problem when returning or retrieving equipment, directly on the cabinet's touch screen. The system will automatically send a notification to the IT administrator or service center.
- return of equipment - the equipment is returned to the box, where it is registered as returned.
