Auto ID and mobile terminal service

Antumo Service provides comprehensive support for customers who need their devices repaired. The customer, when reporting a device for service, has the opportunity to use our online reporting platform, which enables efficient handling of each case.

The customer can send the equipment via a courier cooperating with Antumo or using their own courier company. After notification, the customer receives a confirmation of receipt of the device and a quote for the cost of repair.

If the quote is accepted, we proceed with the repair, and upon completion we send back the repaired equipment. If the customer does not agree to the repair, he only bears the cost of diagnostics, and the device is returned.

The customer will be reimbursed.

The company handles both contract customers and one-time service requests. In the case of service contracts, Antumo guarantees a specific turnaround time for repairs (e.g., 3, 5 or 9 business days), which provides additional benefits, such as the availability of replacement devices in the event of prolonged repairs - as stipulated in the contract.

The company's priority is to ensure that repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
